I’m pretty excited about this show, as Oakland and the Crucible are both very dear to me. There will be lots of cool things to see and do, and a bunch of amazing folks. I’m also really looking forward to finally eating at the Liba<\/a> falafel truck. Oooh, I’ve been waiting so long to start my falafel affair! Hope you can make it!<\/p>\n

Also coming up this weekend is the San Francisco Bazaar Bizarre<\/a>. I don’t have a table there this year, but it’s a great event and you should check it out if you’re around.<\/p>\n

In other news, the Renegade Craft Fair in Chicago was incredible<\/strong>. A record 53 octopi found new homes, plus some snowmen and owl bags. In fact, I sold everything I brought and nearly ran out of business cards + buttons! Thank you Chicago, and thanks to Danny and Sue for this great show. It’s going to be in San Francisco<\/a> on the 19th +20th, but I’ll be out of town. Still, pretty darned exciting.<\/p>\n
